Christopher Darden, Esq.
Attorney at Law
As former LA County prosecutor, Chris has worked on cases involving homicide, gangs, and public corruption. Before that he was an Associate Prof. Of Law at Southwestern Univ. School of Law (1994-2000). Chris has been working as a Criminal Defense Attorney from 1995 – Present.; specializing in in white collar, narcotics, marijuana, homicide, and gang cases. Some of Chris’s biggest cases include the prosecution of OJ Simpson, and work on the defense of the alleged killer of Nipsey Hustle. When not in the limelight, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
Firm Owner & Managing Attorney
After being admitted to the state bar in 1978, Leonard has had an astonishing legal career covering multiple areas of practice, including Criminal, Personal Injury, Civil Litigation. Though not every criminal case is taken to trial, Leonard has yet to lose a criminal jury trial since 1999! When asked why he thinks so many clients choose Solution Law, APC, the answer was simple: “We run a clean, efficient operation that works towards the client’s best interests at all times”. At the young age of 74 Leonard is still bringing his Solutions to our clients every day. If not in court fighting for our clients, Leonard enjoys watching sports, specifically baseball.
Edward Rutyna, Esq.
Since admission to the California state bar in 1986, Edward has focused his practice primarily on litigation, handling cases regarding various legal issues including employment, personal injury, workers’ compensation, criminal, business, and contested probate matters. Edward received his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Boston College where he graduated in the top 15% of this class in the College of Arts & Sciences. Edward then started his career as a Deputy City Attorney in the City of Huntington Beach after graduating from law school at George Washington University in Washington DC. Edward completed a master’s degree in taxation from Chapman University School of Law in 2006 where he received a CALI Excellence for the Future award. Edward enjoys handling all aspects of litigation, especially preparing depositions and all types of court appearances from pretrial hearings through trial. Edward has tried over one-hundred workers’ compensation and several Superior Court cases as well as briefed as attorney of record over twenty cases at the California Court of Appeal on issues ranging from eminent domain to employment law to workers’ compensation. Edward is also admitted to practice in his home state, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Outside of law practice, Edward loves to take his daughter to cultural events, read, travel, and walk.
With 13 years of legal experience, and 11 specifically in Personal Injury, Andrew works with hospitals, medical providers, health insurance, and any doctor our clients may see throughout their treatment to ensure our client’s getting the best possible rates and the highest amount of money possible is put into our client’s pockets. Outside of work Andrew likes working out and hiking to new places with a spectacular view.
Leanne is one of two certified paralegals here at Solution Law, APC; earning her BA in Political Science in 2018, and her Paralegal Certificate in 2019 from UCLA. Leanne has worked in the legal field for three years and intends to use the knowledge and skills learned to continue on to law school. Outside of her accomplished legal career thus far, Leanne is a solo traveler and has been to 7 different countries by herself!

Choosing to work at Solution Law was a no brainer for Ashley. After seeing the honest values, compassion, and genuine love we have for each one of our clients the choice was pretty clear! Ashley has become one of our best-case managers over time, using her attention to detail and personal touch with each client, you’re guaranteed to receive a one-on-one experience with Ashley! When Ashley isn’t working, she likes to work on DIY projects and cook!
Case Manager & Settlement Negotiator
Before working at Solution Law, Raul received his BA in Political Science from Cal State Fullerton. Raul has since worked in multiple areas of the legal field before landing in Personal Injury, working against insurance companies on behalf of our clients to get the maximum recovery possible. When Raul isn’t slaying insurance dragons, he is a pianist, drummer, and CEO of two small businesses.
During her legal career, Kyrsten has managed to obtain both her BA in Political Science, as well as her Master of Legal Studies. She hopes to use these degrees and the experience gained to launch her own career as an attorney someday. Kyrsten has worked in a few different PI firms before Solution Law, and stated the biggest difference is that our attorney’s words and actions always line up with our client’s best interests. When not at work, you can find Kyrsten in the sky making her third jump skydiving!
Receptionist & Administrative Assistant
Breaking into her legal career, Jess has quickly become the “voice of Solution Law”. Her voice is the first thing you hear when you call, and Jess coordinates with all of our clients, attorneys, and staff throughout all of our office locations to ensure questions are answered and help is provided in a timely manner. In her off time, Jess loves discovering new music and taking road trips!
While working at Solution Law, APC Grace is pursuing her BA with intentions of going to Law School and becoming an attorney one day. With two years of PI experience Grace has helped many clients get the treatment and care they need during their worst times. Adding her personal touch to every case and using her fiery attitude she seeks justice for every single client that crosses her desk. Outside of work you can find Grace at the beach or taking weekend road trips!

From the US Air Force to Solution Law, APC Chad uses his invaluable knowledge to help streamline our operations and ensure our clients’ information is always kept secure. In his free time, Chad enjoys hip hop and video games.
Noah Van Wyk
Starting his legal career in Workers’ Compensation Defense, Noah quickly enrolled in the Cal State Long Beach Paralegal Certification program in hopes of getting his paralegal certificate and moving into Personal Injury law. After two years of Work Comp. defense, Noah wanted to be working on the client side of things, so he made the switch from Work Comp. to Personal Injury Law. Working directly with clients to help solve issues with their cases and finalizing the disbursement of the funds are the reasons Noah is still working in PI. Although, taking a more adventurous path and starting his own marketing agency, Noah aims to grow Solution Law to be one of the biggest and best law firms out there!
